1. What you receive
- Access to the AI agent or tool you subscribed to, on your OpsVanguard AI Store account.
- A licence key and, where the product offers an API, an API key, shown in your account dashboard.
- An email confirming your order, with your receipt.
2. When you receive it
Access is activated automatically once your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. If you do not have access within 24 hours, email [email protected] and we will fix it or refund you in full.
3. Where we deliver
Our products are available worldwide, except where export controls or international sanctions forbid us from providing them.
4. What you need
- An OpsVanguard AI Store account.
- An internet connection and a current web browser.
- Any technical requirements listed on the product page, for example supported integrations.
5. Shipping costs
None. There are no shipping or handling fees, because nothing is shipped.
